「SubS」（以下「本アプリ」）は、加入中のサブスクリプションをお客様ご自身の端末で管理するためのアプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが取り扱う情報と、その目的を説明します。
1. 端末内に保存される情報
お客様が登録したサブスクの名称・プラン・金額・請求日・支払い方法・メモ・アイコン画像などは、お客様の端末内に保存されます。iCloud 同期を有効にしている場合は、お客様ご自身の iCloud（Apple のプライベートデータベース）にも保存され、同じ Apple ID の端末間で同期されます。開発者がこれらの情報を取得・閲覧することはありません。
2. 外部に送信される情報（電気通信事業法に基づく公表事項）
2-1. カタログの更新確認
料金・解約手順などのカタログを最新に保つため、開発者が管理する配信サーバ（GitHub Pages）にカタログとサービスアイコンを取りに行きます。リクエストに個人情報や端末の識別子は含まれません。
2-2. 為替レートの取得
ドル建てのサブスクを円換算で表示するため、Frankfurter（欧州中央銀行の参照レートを配信する無料 API）から為替レートを取得します。個人情報や識別子は送信しません。
2-3. 匿名の利用統計（お客様がオンにした場合のみ）
「設定 › 匿名の利用統計に協力する」をオンにした場合に限り、登録・解約・金額変更したサービスとプランの ID、金額、請求サイクル、カテゴリ、操作の種類、アプリとカタログのバージョン、日付（日単位）を、開発者が管理する集計サーバ（Cloudflare）に送信します。カタログにないサブスクを手入力した場合は、そのサービス名も送信します（メールアドレス・URL・電話番号などを含む名前は送信しません）。初期設定はオフで、いつでもオフに戻せます。
集計サーバは個々の送信を保存せず、日ごとの件数だけを保持します。IP アドレスは保存しません。手入力のサービス名は、複数のお客様から同じ名前が届いた場合だけ候補として扱い、それ以外は 30 日以内に削除します。
2-4. サービスの追加リクエスト・情報の誤り報告・ご意見
アプリ内のフォームから送信いただいた内容（サービス名、対象サービスと項目、本文）と、アプリ・カタログのバージョン、送信日を、カタログとアプリの改善のために集計サーバ（Cloudflare）に保存します。本文に含まれるメールアドレス・URL・電話番号・郵便番号は、送信前と受信時に自動で削除します。IP アドレスは保存しません（連続送信を防ぐため、当日のみ元に戻せない形に変換した値を使い、翌日に削除します）。匿名のフォームのため、個別の返信はいたしません。
送信しない情報
お名前、メールアドレス、Apple ID、端末やアプリの識別子、広告識別子、位置情報、登録中のサブスクの一覧・メモ・支払い方法は、いずれも送信しません。分析・広告目的のトラッキングも行いません。
3. 通知
更新日や無料体験終了のお知らせは、端末内のローカル通知で行います。外部サーバは経由しません。
4. 写真へのアクセス
「スクリーンショットから取り込み」機能と、サブスクのアイコン画像の設定では、お客様が選んだ画像だけを使います。文字の読み取りは端末内で行い、画像や読み取り結果を外部に送信することはありません。
5. 第三者サービス
- Apple iCloud（CloudKit）：お客様のデータの同期に使います。Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
- Apple App Store / StoreKit：「SubS Pro」の購入に使います。決済情報を開発者が受け取ることはありません。
- GitHub Pages：カタログとアイコンの配信に使います。
- Cloudflare：匿名の利用統計とリクエストフォームの受け付けに使います。
- Frankfurter：為替レートの取得に使います。
6. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、13 歳未満のお子さまから意図して個人情報を収集することはありません。
7. データの削除
端末内のデータは、本アプリを削除すると消去されます。iCloud に同期したデータは、iPhone の「設定 › [お客様の名前] › iCloud › アカウントのストレージを管理」から本アプリのデータを削除できます。開発者への削除依頼は必要ありません。匿名の利用統計とリクエストフォームの内容は、個人を特定できない形で保存しているため、個別に特定して削除することはできません。
8. 改定
本ポリシーは予告なく変更することがあります。重要な変更は、アプリのアップデート内容でお知らせします。

SubS (“the app”) helps you keep track of your subscriptions on your own device. This policy explains what information the app handles and why.
1. Data stored on your device
The subscriptions you register (name, plan, price, billing date, payment method, notes, icon images) are stored on your device. If iCloud sync is on, they are also stored in your own iCloud private database and synced across devices signed in to the same Apple ID. The developer never receives or sees this data.
2. Data sent off the device
- Catalog updates: the app downloads the service catalog and icons from a developer-operated server (GitHub Pages). No personal information or device identifiers are sent.
- Exchange rates: to show USD-priced subscriptions in JPY, the app fetches rates from Frankfurter (a free API publishing European Central Bank reference rates). No personal information is sent.
- Anonymous usage statistics (opt-in, off by default): only if you turn on “Settings › 匿名の利用統計に協力する”, the app sends the service and plan IDs, price, billing cycle, category, action type, app and catalog version, and date (day only) of subscriptions you add, cancel or edit, plus the name of manually entered services (names containing emails, URLs or phone numbers are never sent). The server (Cloudflare) keeps only daily counts and does not store IP addresses.
- Requests and reports: text you send from the in-app form, with the app and catalog version and date, is stored on the developer’s server (Cloudflare) to improve the catalog. Emails, URLs, phone numbers and postal codes are removed automatically. IP addresses are not stored. Because the form is anonymous, we cannot reply individually.
We never send your name, email address, Apple ID, device or advertising identifiers, location, or your list of subscriptions, and we do not track you.
3. Notifications
Renewal and free-trial reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device.
4. Photos
Screenshot import and custom icons use only the images you pick. Text recognition runs on the device; images and results are never uploaded.
5. Third-party services
Apple iCloud (CloudKit) for sync, Apple App Store / StoreKit for purchasing “SubS Pro” (we never receive payment details), GitHub Pages for catalog delivery, Cloudflare for anonymous statistics and the request form, and Frankfurter for exchange rates.
6. Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Data deletion
Deleting the app removes its on-device data. Data synced to iCloud can be deleted in Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage. No request to the developer is needed. Anonymous statistics and form submissions cannot be linked to an individual and therefore cannot be deleted individually.
8. Changes
This policy may change without notice. Material changes will be announced in the app’s update notes.
