Toki-privacypolicy

株式会社フォーユー（以下「当社」）は、iOSアプリ「Toki（日時指定アラーム）」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーのプライバシーを最大限に尊重します。本アプリは「データを収集しない」設計です。

1. 概要

本アプリは、アラームの利用に必要な情報をすべてユーザーの端末内およびユーザー自身のiCloudにのみ保存します。当社が個人情報を収集・保存・送信することはありません。

2. 取り扱う情報

本アプリが取り扱うのは、ユーザーが作成したアラームの設定情報のみです（日時、ラベル、サウンド、スヌーズ、事前予告、繰り返しの設定など）。これらはアラームを動作させる目的でのみ使用されます。氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・連絡先などの個人を特定する情報は取得しません。

3. データの保存場所

アラームの設定情報は、ユーザーの端末内、および（iCloudが有効な場合）ユーザー自身のiCloudにのみ保存されます。当社のサーバーや第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

4. サーバーへの保存なし

当社はユーザーのデータを保管するサーバーを保有しておらず、解析情報・クラッシュレポート・トラッキング識別子の送信も一切行いません。広告の表示やユーザーの行動追跡も行いません。

5. 第三者サービス

本アプリが利用する外部サービスは、Appleが提供する以下の機能に限られます。

  • iCloud：端末間でアラームを同期するため（ユーザー自身のiCloud内に保存）
  • App Store / StoreKit：App内課金（買い切り）の処理のため。決済に関する情報はAppleが処理し、当社が受け取ることはありません。
  • アラームの通知・表示には、iOSの標準機能（AlarmKit・通知）を使用します。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のユーザーから意図的に情報を収集することはありません。

7. データの削除

アラームの設定情報は、本アプリをアンインストールするか、アプリ内で各アラームを削除することでいつでも完全に削除できます。iCloud上のデータも同様に削除されます。当社への削除依頼は不要です。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデート情報にてお知らせします。

Toki Privacy Policy

foryou, Inc. (“we”) deeply respects the privacy of users of the iOS app “Toki” (“the App”). The App is designed to collect no data.

1. Overview

The App stores all information needed for its alarms solely on the user’s device and in the user’s own iCloud. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

2. Information We Handle

The App handles only the alarm settings the user creates (date and time, label, sound, snooze, pre-alert, and repeat settings). This information is used solely to operate your alarms. We do not collect personally identifying information such as name, email, location, or contacts.

3. Where Data Is Stored

Alarm settings are stored only on the user’s device and, when iCloud is enabled, in the user’s own iCloud. They are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers.

4. No Server Storage

We maintain no servers that store user data, and we send no analytics, crash reports, or tracking identifiers. We display no ads and do not track user behavior.

5. Third-Party Services

The only external services the App uses are the following Apple-provided features:

  • iCloud — to sync alarms across the user’s devices (stored within the user’s own iCloud).
  • App Store / StoreKit — to process the in-app purchase (one-time unlock). Payment information is handled by Apple and is never received by us.
  • The App uses standard iOS features (AlarmKit and notifications) to present alarms.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from users under the age of 13.

7. Data Deletion

Alarm settings can be permanently deleted at any time by uninstalling the App or by deleting each alarm within the App. Data in iCloud is removed in the same way. No deletion request to us is required.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may change without notice. Material changes will be announced in the App’s update notes.
