Kagi – Privacy Policy / プライバシーポリシー

Kagi（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最大限尊重して設計されたパスワードマネージャーです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱うデータと、その取り扱い方針について説明します。

1. 取得するデータ

本アプリは、ユーザーが本アプリ内に登録したログイン情報・パスワード・メモ・添付ファイル等（以下「保管データ」）を取り扱います。保管データは AES-256-GCM によりユーザーのマスターパスワードから派生した鍵で暗号化され、デバイス上で処理されます。

2. データの保存場所

保管データは、暗号化された状態で ユーザー自身の iCloud Drive に保存されます。開発者および第三者がアクセスできるサーバーには一切送信されません。マスターパスワードおよび復号化された平文は、開発者を含むいかなる第三者にも送信されません。

3. 開発者によるサーバー保管の不存在

本アプリは、開発者運営のサーバーにユーザーデータを保存しません。アナリティクス、クラッシュレポート、トラッキング識別子の送信は行いません。

4. 第三者サービス

本アプリの動作のため、以下の第三者サービスを利用することがあります。

  • Apple iCloud Drive – 暗号化済みの保管データの同期保存に利用します。Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
  • Apple App Store / StoreKit – サブスクリプション「Kagi Pro」の購入処理に利用します。Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
  • ファビコン取得 – 登録された URL のドメインのファビコンを表示するため、当該ドメインに対して匿名 HTTP リクエストを送信することがあります。送信されるのはホスト名のみで、ユーザー識別情報は含まれません。

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象として個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

6. データの削除

保管データは、デバイス上で本アプリをアンインストールするか、iCloud Drive 上の Kagi.vault ファイルを削除することで完全に消去できます。開発者側には削除すべきデータが存在しないため、削除依頼の連絡は不要です。

7. 改定

本ポリシーは予告なく改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリのアップデート時に通知します。

Kagi – Privacy Policy

Kagi (the “App”) is a password manager designed to respect user privacy. This policy describes what data the App handles and how.

1. Data we handle

The App handles login credentials, passwords, notes, and attachments that the user enters into it (“Vault Data”). Vault Data is encrypted on-device using AES-256-GCM with a key derived from the user’s master password.

2. Where data is stored

Vault Data is stored, in encrypted form, on the user’s own iCloud Drive. It is never transmitted to any server operated by the developer or any third party. The master password and decrypted plaintext never leave the user’s device.

3. No developer-operated servers

The App does not store any user data on developer-operated servers. The App does not send analytics, crash reports, or tracking identifiers.

4. Third-party services

  • Apple iCloud Drive – used to sync the encrypted vault file. Apple’s Privacy Policy applies.
  • Apple App Store / StoreKit – used to process the “Kagi Pro” subscription. Apple’s Privacy Policy applies.
  • Favicon fetch – the App may issue anonymous HTTP requests to the hostnames of saved URLs to display favicons. Only the hostname is transmitted; no user identifier is sent.

5. Children’s privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Data deletion

Vault Data can be permanently deleted by uninstalling the App on the device or by deleting the Kagi.vault file from iCloud Drive. There is no data on the developer side that requires a deletion request.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated without prior notice. Material changes will be announced in App update notes.
